A first sensing circuit is coupled to the first input and comprises a pair of inputs coupled to the first input, a rectifier assembly, a resistor bank coupled between the pair of inputs and the rectifier assembly, a sense resistor coupled to the rectifier assembly, and a voltage sensor coupled to the sense resistor. A DC converter is configured to generate and supply an auxiliary voltage to the first sensing circuit. The resistor bank filters an electromagnetic interference (EMI) signal transmitted from the DC converter to a value below a threshold value.
