The first surface and a second surface separated from the first surface in the first direction are provided so as to be orthogonal to the first direction. The flexible printed circuit board has an extending portion extending from the sensor mounting part. The extending portion has a bent portion that is bent in the first direction between the first surface and the second surface so that an extending direction is reversed in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.
