The winding is shaped such that the pitch of the winding changes at least in some sections when viewed along the longitudinal extension of the winding. The method further includes arranging the magnetic body within the coil, in particular coaxially to the coil, and supplying the coil with a current so as to magnetize the magnetic body in order to produce the measurement value transmitter.
