When the control signal is at a second potential, the switching module to enable the output line to electrically communicate with a second input line, the first switch is turned on, the voltage adjusting module adjusts the first signal to a second signal and outputs the second signal to the second input line, and the output signal of the output line is equal or close to the second signal.
