Each of the positioning elements includes a hook for insertion in the aperture of a corresponding one of the connectors. Each of the restraining elements includes an engagement fin formed with an aperture for receiving the latch of a corresponding one of the couplers in the extended position when the engagement fin is located parallel to the corresponding coupler.
