The nozzle upper part includes an outlet port, and the nozzle lower part includes an inlet port. An inner passage is formed from the inlet port to the outlet port while penetrating therethrough. The nozzle lower part is formed in a radial inner side of the hollow cylindrical skirt, and includes an end portion with an inclined surface. The inlet port is formed in the inclined surface.
