The method comprises: receiving a resource distributing request and determining one or more pre-selected receiving identifiers; determining a total distributing budget for distributing a resource; determining a distributing result according to the total distributing budget and one or more pre-selected receiving accounts corresponding to the one or more pre-selected receiving identifiers, wherein the distributing result is a resource value based on which the resource is to be distributed from the sending account to a receiving account in the one or more pre-selected receiving accounts; and distributing the resource from the sending account to the receiving account according to the distributing result.
