The antenna module includes: a feeding layer; a ground layer arranged on the feeding layer and provided with a first slot and a second slot, the first slot and the second slot being separated and having orthogonal polarization directions; a dielectric base plate arranged on the ground layer; and a stacked patch antenna including a first radiation patch and a second radiation patch. The first radiation patch and the second radiation patch are arranged on two sides of the dielectric base plate facing away from each other, respectively, and the first radiation patch is aligned with the second radiation patch. The feeding layer is configured to feed the stacked patch antenna through the first slot and the second slot.
