When the pixel circuit is turned on, the data line provides a driving current for the first electrode to control the illumination of the sub-pixel. The scanning lines control the turning on and off of the pixel circuit, which requires only a switching voltage required by the pixel circuit, thereby greatly reducing a load current of the scanning line.
