A wireless device transmits, to a network, a message to request downlink resource for downlink transmission, wherein the message includes traffic pattern information for the downlink transmission. A wireless device receives, from the network, a configuration for the downlink resource. A wireless device receives the downlink transmission based on the downlink resource.
