A piston may be provided that may be movably coupled to the body, the piston may include a plurality of second engagement teeth, which may be selectively engaged with the first engagement teeth, thereby releasably locking the body to the piston. A lower body may be secured to the body. The lower body may include a tool receiver. A tool shaft may be provided that may be releasably locked to the lower body in more than one position.
