The heat exchange plate is provided with a flow passage therein; a first part of the heat insulating pad and the circumferential edge of the heat exchange plate are stacked in the up-down direction, the first part of the heat insulating pad is sandwiched between a lower surface of the lower frame body and the upper surface of the circumferential edge of the heat exchange plate; at least a portion of the temperature preserving pad is provided below the heat exchange plate. Therefore, at least the heat transfer in the upward direction between the lower frame body and the circumferential edge of the heat exchange plate is blocked.
