The display panel includes a first substrate; a second substrate; a liquid crystal layer, arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a color resistance layer, formed on the first substrate or the second substrate, where a spacing unit is formed on a side, close to the second substrate, of the first substrate, and the spacing unit includes at least one first-type spacing unit and at least one second-type spacing unit; a shading layer is arranged on a side, close to the first substrate, of the second substrate, and the shading layer includes a shading area and an open area; and the shading area is positioned on the first-type spacing unit, and the open area is positioned on the second-type spacing unit.
