The control device includes: a first determining unit configured to determine whether the vehicle is present on a road where the specific automatic driving control is executable; and a second determining unit configured to determine whether a request to display the surrounding image is present. In a case where the first determining unit determines that the vehicle is present on the road where the specific automatic driving control is executable and the second determining unit determines that the request to display the surrounding image is absent, the recording device records the surrounding image.
