The inner peripheral surface of the rotation operation dial has a friction sliding portion circumferentially continuously formed with concave portions and convex portions. The supporting member has two protruding portions for latching the elastic member. The elastic member applies an urging force to the friction sliding portion, and is slid in a state in line contact with each of the two protruding portions at two symmetric locations, when the rotation operation member is rotated.
