The coil unit includes: a coil made of a conductor in a spiral shape at least around a first axis; a capacitor module configured to include a substrate in which one or more capacitors are installed and be disposed to be separate from the coil in an axial direction of the first axis; a casing configured to have the coil and the capacitor module disposed inside; and a first resin configured to thermally connect at least a part of the coil and at least a part of the casing, wherein the first resin is separate from the capacitors and the substrate.
