The first layer has a plurality of apertures. The first layer comprises land areas between the plurality of the apertures. The contact angle on the land areas of the first layer between the plurality of the apertures is more than 70°, according to the Contact Angle Test Method. The topsheet has a run-off of less than 40%, according to the Run-off Test Method.
