The first end portion is rotatably connectable to the base member directly or indirectly about a first rotation axis, the second end portion is rotatably connectable to the side wall directly or indirectly about a second rotation axis, and the projecting portion is configured such that at least when the seat cushion frame is moved to the highest position, a predetermined portion of the projecting portion faces the contact portion.
