The first and second leaf portions pivotally connected to one another about a pivot axis that extends through one of the first leaf portion and the second leaf portion. The door leaf further comprising a lock configured, when in a locked position, to project across an interface between the two portions to thereby lock the first and second leaf portions so as to be substantially coplanar. The pivot axis is substantially parallel to and spaced from the interface.
