The temperature sensor is configured to sense a temperature. The controller is electrically coupled to the external device and the temperature sensor, and configured to provide a linear control signal associated with a control parameter value according to a sensing result in response to the temperature and linearly control the rotational speed of the external device by the linear control signal.
