The method includes: acquiring, by an electronic device when displaying an interface corresponding to a first application, a first input operation of a user; and simultaneously displaying, according to preset correlation information when the first input operation is a first preset operation, the interface corresponding to the first application and an interface corresponding to a second application, where the correlation information is used to indicate that the second application is an application that correlates with the first application. A corresponding electronic device is further provided. By adopting the present disclosure, interfaces respectively corresponding to multiple applications are simultaneously displayed on a display device, which may enhance user experience.
