The movable part is configured to hold the optical element. The fixed part is connected to the movable part, wherein the movable part is movable relative to the fixed part. The housing has a top cover and at least a sidewall connected to the top cover. The buffer member is disposed on the housing and extends from the top cover to the sidewall.
