The display panel includes a light-emitting substrate and an optical modulation structure which are laminated; and the optical modulation structure supports a first state and a second state which are switchable. In the first state of the optical modulation structure, a first light-emitting unit forms an image at a first position. In the second state of the optical modulation structure, the first light-emitting unit forms an image at a second position. According to the present disclosure, with the optical modulation structure, each light-emitting unit is enabled to form two images at different positions in different states. In this way, the state of the optical modulation structure can be continuously switched without increasing the number of light-emitting units, thereby improving a display effect of the display panel.
