The buffer insulating layer can have a stacked structure of a first buffer insulating layer having the refractive index which decreases in a direction away from the light-emitting device, and a second buffer insulating layer having the refractive index which increases in a direction away from the light-emitting device. Thus, in the display device, the unintended constructive and destructive interference of the light emitted from the light-emitting device can be prevented. Therefore, in the display device, the luminous efficacy can be increased, and the variation of color coordinates can be prevented.
