In various embodiments, the lighting device includes an optical system; a plurality of light sources arranged in a matrix, the plurality of light sources including a first plurality of light sources configured to irradiate a first region of the optical system with a first light color, a second plurality of light sources configured to irradiate a second region of the optical system with a second light color; and a processor configured to control interaction of the first plurality of light sources and the second plurality of light sources with a third plurality of light sources and to control mixing of the first light color and the second light color.
