The light-emitting diode chip is disposed on the carrier and is configured to emit a first light, which has a peak wavelength between 800 nm and 1000 nm. The wavelength up-conversion structure is disposed on the light-emitting diode chip and is configured to convert part of the first light into a second light, which has a converted spectrum between 400 nm and 700 nm.
