An attenuator for attenuating a resonance is connected to a main circuit loop formed of the DC capacitor, the high-voltage-side power line, the low-voltage-side power line, a semiconductor switching element in ON state, and a drain-source parasitic capacitance of a semiconductor switching element in OFF state.
