The anode and the active region are disposed correspondingly, and at least two insulating layers are disposed between the anode and the active region, the light shielding metal layer and the capacitor metal layer are disposed correspondingly, and at least two insulating layers are disposed between the light shielding metal layer and the capacitor metal layer.
