The motor includes a ring-shaped cover joint portion that surrounds the controller and includes a stepped portion that includes a first surface and a second surface. The cover includes a cylindrical portion that faces the first surface in the radial direction. The motor includes a waterproof material that seals a portion between the cylindrical portion and the first surface or a portion between the cylindrical portion and the second surface.
