The signal transmission information includes first information about the transmission of a synchronization signal and/or second information about the transmission of a reference signal for beam measurement. According to the present disclosure, it is able to solve the problem in the related art where it is impossible for a conventional measurement gap configuration mechanism to ensure that a UE is capable of successfully receiving a signal from a neighboring cell.
