The first field of the first signaling and the second field of the second signaling are jointly used for determining whether the first radio signal is related to the first signaling. The operating action is receiving, or the operating action is transmitting. When the UE is scheduled to transmit or measure a plurality of reference signals, the above method can be employed to avoid possible misunderstanding or confusion resulted from citation of one reference signal.
