Also provided is a cleaning apparatus, without the distillator, the cleaning apparatus having a cleaning tank, a recirculating fluid tank located below the cleaning tank, a removable separator panel partitioning the recirculating fluid tank from the cleaning tank, and a fluid dispenser.
