Provided is a circulating and filtering device of a washing machine, including a circulating pump assembly, where the circulating pump assembly includes an intake water cavity and a circulating water cavity that is in communication with the intake water cavity; and a filtering assembly disposed in the intake water cavity and rotatably connected to the circulating pump assembly, where the filtering assembly includes a blade and an inner cavity, where the inner cavity is in communication with the circulating water cavity, so that water in the intake water cavity is filtered by the filtering assembly and enters the circulating water cavity.
