Users can suggest common terms to be added to the classification system codes. A method of storing and retrieving healthcare information including storing healthcare information for a plurality of members in a database; associating one or more classification system codes and one or more profiles with the stored healthcare information; and retrieving the stored healthcare information from the database in response to pre-defined and/or user-defined search input.
