A recess n is formed in one of the attachment member and the attachment receiving plate portion, and a protrusion is formed in the other. One of the attachment member and the attachment receiving plate portion is provided with a locking portion locked to a locked portion provided on the other of the attachment member and the attachment receiving plate portion.
