The display panel includes a backlight module, a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other, a plurality of touch signal traces disposed on the first substrate, a common electrode layer and a plurality of touch electrodes disposed on the second substrate, and a plurality of conductive primary spacers disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. Two ends of the conductive primary spacers are connected to the touch electrodes and the touch signal traces, to avoid the shielding of the touch electrode signals by the common electrode.
