The method retrieves, based on an application bundle, values associated with a plurality of fields from a database, and dynamically generates and transmits a structured document and associated script based on the retrieved values. The method further receives an indication of a custom field, stores the custom field and associated values, and dynamically re-generates and re-transmits an updated structured document to allow for real-time or near real-time customization and database storage.
