The method includes: receiving auxiliary measurement information, which is transmitted by a network device and is used to assist the UE to perform synchronized signal block measurement; and, determining repetitive synchronized signal blocks according to the auxiliary measurement information. The auxiliary measurement information is used to indicate transmission configuration information of synchronized signal blocks.
