The organic pixel units are disposed in an array on a side of the flexible substrate. The first inorganic layer covers a side of the organic pixel units away from the flexible substrate. The spacer is disposed on a side of the first inorganic layer away from the flexible substrate, wherein the spacer is provided with a plurality of through holes. The flexible display panel of the present invention not only has high flexibility and bendability but also has strong water and oxygen barrier capabilities.
