A resolver is disposed concentrically with the rotating machine center line between the bearing and the rotor in a direction of the rotating machine center line in the casing, the resolver includes an annular resolver stator fixed to an inner side surface of the casing in an outer circumferential portion of the resolver stator, and a resolver rotor disposed on an inner circumferential side of the resolver stator and fixed to and integrally rotated with the shaft, and the resolver stator is provided with an oil through-hole allowing the lubricating oil to flow through at a portion on an inner circumferential side relative to a part fixed to the casing.
