Preferred embodiments are composed of a diversion trough, a hinged pivot weir, weir to trough mounting brackets, under mounts, weir stops, a weir trash screen, a hole in the weir bottom section and a filter basket, wherein: the assembly is affixed to the catch basin chamber wall directly below an above ground access point for ease of maintenance.
