The organic encapsulation layer is made of an organic ink. A moisture layer is disposed on a peripheral area of the first inorganic layer and is configured to moisten the peripheral area of the first inorganic layer so that the organic ink is evenly spread on the first inorganic layer prior to formation of the organic encapsulation layer.
