In Formula M(LA)x(LB)y(LC)z, ligand LA is ligand LB is and ligand LC is and OLEDs and formulations containing these compounds are disclosed. In Formula M(LA)x(LB)y(LC)z: M is a metal; x is 1 or 2; X1-X4 and A1-A8 are C or N; at least one of A1-A8 is N; X is O, S, or Se; two adjacent RB form a six-member aromatic ring E fused to ring B; and each RA-RE and R1-R4 is independently hydrogen or a substituent.
