Thus, under the condition that the two node devices control data transmission duplication by means of a node device a radio resource control (RRC) message and a medium access control (MAC) message respectively, the modes of the two node devices controlling the duplication data transmission of a carrier are coordinated, thereby avoiding the occurrence of a control conflicts.
