The outlet recess has an outlet axis and extends from an outlet side, along the outlet axis, to the guiding recess. Also, the guiding axis and the outlet axis are at an angle relative to one another. The guiding section has a screw thread at an upper end region which is associated with the head side of the guiding body, and the cover is screw-connected, from the head side, to the screw thread of the guiding section.
