The first layer can include a plurality of cut-outs extending therethrough. A second layer can be spaced-apart from the first layer. The second layer can include a central portion, a first wing, and a second wing. The central portion of the second layer can be positioned between the first wing and the second wing of the second layer. A third layer can be spaced-apart from the second layer. The third layer can include a central portion, a first wing, and a second wing. The central portion of the third layer can be positioned between the first wing and the second wing of the third layer.
