The mobile unit is movable between a first position and a second position. When the mobile unit is at the first position, the elastic supportive body touches the ratchet tooth surface, so that the wheel unit switches to ratchet mode. When the mobile unit is at the second position, the elastic supportive body is separated from the ratchet tooth surface, so that the wheel unit switches to free-spin mode.
