An insertion hole through which the internal power line is inserted is provided to the connecting part container; the connecting part container can be split with a splitting line for splitting the connecting part container and splitting the insertion hole; a first rubber ring for blocking off the insertion hole in a liquid-tight state is disposed inside the connecting part container; and the first rubber ring is sandwiched between split walls forming the insertion hole.
