Abstract:
In a multiplexer, at least one acoustic wave filter includes a piezoelectric body made of lithium tantalate having Euler angles (φLT=0°±5°, θLT, ψLT=0°±15°), a support substrate, and an interdigital transducer (IDT) electrode.
