A ratio of a melt flow rate of the vinyl-based copolymer (III) to a melt flow rate of the polycarbonate resin (I) is 7 or more and 12 or less. A blending amount of the phosphoric acid ester-based compound (V) is 1 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of a total amount of (I) to (IV).
